Youth Advocates Institute – South

Young Advocate Institute South is an interactive deep dive into understanding the complexities of underlying reasons why youth from underserved rural communities experience teen dating and sexual violence.  We are a youth engagement-driven program. Young Advocate Institute South currently serves youth in the Coahoma and Tunica Counties.

Young Advocate Institute South meets once a week on topics such as teen dating violence, communication, leadership, self-esteem, goal setting, and many more. Youth that are identified as high-risk may receive additional support and counseling services.

Here at Young Institute South, we believe not only are our Youth important, but we also offer support for the Parents as well. Young Advocate Institute South Instructors are always available to participate in informational and welcome opportunities to provide supports to Youth.
